I'd just signed in and looked at the top header-and it's gone! There's just a red "x" and square around it! Wait.. The SVG must've stolen it!

Heh... yeah, the "Sea View Government" (masquerading as "Googlebot") killed the bandwidth on my website, so the banner is kinda... deadish too... it'll be back once my website's bandwidth limit gets reset.
